As part of our update, Will Houston moves from Operations Director to Managing Director, working alongside the agency’s Divisional Directors; Jenny Parker, who leads the Build Division, and Samantha Ward, who heads up the Tech Division. Tanya Houston continues as Chief Executive Officer, with overall responsibility for strategy, culture and the agency’s long-term direction. In addition, Jeff Hayward, Chief Commercial Officer, leads commercial growth and client development. John Houston, Executive Director, focuses on content, governance and future tech innovation.
