💼 What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships and campaign execution. You’ll:

• Build and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact.
• Develop and implement impactful PR programmes creating and delivering creative campaigns that align with client goals.
• Support internal teams, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
• Manage budgets and project timelines, ensuring efficient delivery and financial awareness.
• Contribute to new business efforts, bringing creative ideas and strategic insights to pitches.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating PR with broader marketing disciplines.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and in person.
• Think strategically, balancing big-picture goals with attention to detail.

✅ What You Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in PR or communications (agency experience preferred).
• A degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or English (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong media relations and networking abilities.
• Knowledge and practical experience of media monitoring, distribution and management platforms.
• Proven project management and multitasking skills, with an understanding of Asana, Monday.com, Trello or other such solutions.
• Proficiency in Office 365, Canva, and Adobe tools.
• A proactive, organised mindset and a passion for public relations.

Note: During the 6-month probation period, this role requires full-time presence in our office (5 days a week).
