At least half a million more people in the UK may experience mental ill health as a result of Covid-19, says a forecast from The Centre for Mental Health. Nationally, in England, the organisation predicts that up to 10 million people (almost 20% of the population) will need either new or additional mental health support as a direct consequence of the crisis.

Every one of us has had a unique experience throughout this pandemic and each business is going to have a unique journey back.

The professional home integration sector, specifically, can be an incredibly rewarding industry, but it can also be a pretty stressful one, even without the effects of the global pandemic to consider. 

Many integrators work on their own or in small businesses where it’s difficult to find a work-life balance, especially with work on-site often demanding long hours away from home and the pressure of meeting high client expectations.
